1. Booking
A booking is considered confirmed once we have received the required booking information and, where applicable, payment or deposit.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, including:
- Full name
- Number of travelers
- Tour date
- Pickup location
- Pickup time
- Contact information
- Any other information required to arrange your tour
Please check your booking confirmation carefully and notify us immediately if any information is incorrect.
2. Tour Prices
Tour prices are displayed on our website or communicated to you at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise stated, the price includes only the services specifically mentioned in the tour description.
Additional expenses, such as entrance tickets, meals, personal expenses, optional activities, parking fees, or other services not included in the tour description, may be charged separately.
3. Pickup and Transportation
Pickup is available from the locations specified in the tour description or booking confirmation.
Guests should be ready at the agreed pickup location and time.
Please understand that traffic conditions in Bali can cause delays. We recommend allowing sufficient time for your tour and any subsequent flights or activities.
Transportation may be provided by private car, minivan, or another suitable vehicle depending on the number of guests and the tour booked.
4. Changes to Your Booking
If you need to change your tour date, pickup time, number of guests, or other booking details, please contact us as early as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, subject to availability.
Changes requested less than 24 hours before the tour may not be possible.
5. Cancellation and Refund
You may cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time without a cancellation fee.
Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund of the amount paid, subject to any applicable payment processing fees.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time, a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the booking price may apply.
No-shows are generally non-refundable.

6. Late Arrival and No-Show
If you are not available at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time, our driver or guide will make reasonable efforts to contact you.
Significant delays caused by the guest may result in reduced tour time or cancellation of the tour without refund.
If you cannot find your driver, please contact us immediately using the contact information provided in your booking confirmation.
7. Tour Itinerary
Tour itineraries may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, local conditions, operational requirements, attraction closures, ceremonies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the services described in the booking.
In some circumstances, attractions or activities may need to be replaced with a suitable alternative.
8. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
Bali Local Tour is not responsible for changes, delays, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, local ceremonies, or other unforeseen events.
Where reasonably possible, we will offer an alternative date or suitable arrangement.
9. Entrance Tickets and Additional Fees
Unless specifically stated as included in the tour price, entrance fees, activity fees, meals, personal expenses, and optional activities are not included.
Any additional fees will be communicated where reasonably possible before the service is provided.
10. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to:
- Follow reasonable instructions from drivers, guides, and activity operators.
- Respect local laws, customs, temples, communities, and cultural sites.
- Take care of personal belongings.
- Behave respectfully toward staff and other guests.
- Follow safety instructions during activities.
Bali Local Tour is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, damaged, or left behind during a tour.
11. Health and Safety
Guests are responsible for informing Bali Local Tour of any relevant physical limitations, mobility requirements, allergies, or other conditions that may affect participation in a tour or activity.
Certain activities may have specific age, health, weight, or safety requirements.
Guests participate in activities at their own responsibility and must follow the safety instructions provided by the relevant operator.
12. Third-Party Activities
Some tours or activities may be operated or provided by independent third-party suppliers.
While we work with trusted local partners, the terms, safety requirements, and operational procedures of the relevant supplier may also apply.
13. Photography and Marketing
During tours, photographs or videos may occasionally be taken for operational or promotional purposes.
We will respect reasonable privacy requests. If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please inform us in advance or contact us after the tour.
14. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on BaliLocalTour.com is accurate and up to date.
However, tour availability, prices, schedules, attraction conditions, and other information may change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to correct errors or update information when necessary.
15. Limitation of Liability
Bali Local Tour will make reasonable efforts to provide the services described in your booking.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bali Local Tour is not responsible for losses, delays, injuries, expenses, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control or from the actions or omissions of independent third-party suppliers.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
16. Privacy
Personal information provided during booking will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may use necessary information to process bookings, arrange transportation, communicate with guests, and provide our services.
17. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a tour or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
