Can I customize my Bali tour?
Yes. We can help arrange a customized itinerary based on your interests, available time, and preferred destinations. Please contact us with your requirements.
How many people can join a private tour?
The maximum number of guests depends on the vehicle and tour package selected. Please let us know your group size when making a booking so we can arrange suitable transportation.
Booking
How can I book a tour?
You can contact us through WhatsApp, email, or our website. Please provide your preferred tour, travel date, number of guests, and hotel or pickup location.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during weekends, public holidays, and high season. However, some tours may also be available for last-minute bookings, subject to availability.
Can I book a tour for tomorrow?
Yes, last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can check the schedule.
Will I receive a booking confirmation?
Yes. After your booking details and payment requirements have been confirmed, we will provide your booking confirmation and tour information.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods depend on the tour and booking arrangement. Please contact us for the current payment options.
Is a deposit required?
Some tours may require a deposit or full payment in advance, while other bookings may have different payment arrangements. We will explain the payment requirements before confirmation.
Are entrance tickets included?
This depends on the tour. Please check the What’s Included section of each tour page. If entrance tickets are not listed, they are normally not included.
Transportation
Do you provide hotel pickup and drop-off?
Many private tours include hotel pickup and drop-off in selected areas of Bali. Please provide your hotel location when booking so we can confirm availability.
Which areas do you cover for pickup?
Pickup is available for many popular areas, including Ubud, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, and Uluwatu, depending on the selected tour.
What time will I be picked up?
Pickup time depends on the tour itinerary and your hotel location. Your confirmed pickup time will be provided before the tour.
Cancellation & Changes
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Our standard policy allows cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour without a cancellation fee, unless a different cancellation policy applies to the specific activity or booking.
Can I change my tour date?
Date changes may be possible depending on availability. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change your booking.
What happens if the weather is bad?
For outdoor activities, safety comes first. If weather or local conditions make an activity unsafe, the activity may be delayed, changed, rescheduled, or cancelled according to the operator’s policy.
During the Tour
What should I bring?
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, suitable footwear, sunscreen, a hat, personal medication if needed, and a camera or phone for photos.
For water activities, bring swimwear and a change of clothes.
Do I need to bring cash?
It is recommended to carry some Indonesian Rupiah for entrance tickets, meals, personal expenses, optional activities, or other costs that are not included in your tour.
Can the itinerary be changed during the tour?
Our private tours can usually be adjusted within reasonable limits. Please discuss any changes with your driver before making additional stops or extending the tour.
What happens if I am late for pickup?
Please contact us or your driver as soon as possible. Delays may affect the tour itinerary, especially when there are scheduled activities or tickets.
Cultural Sites
What should I wear when visiting Balinese temples?
Visitors should wear respectful clothing when entering temples. A sarong may be required at some temple locations.
Can I participate in a purification ceremony at Tirta Empul?
Participation may be possible, but it is optional and must follow the temple’s local rules and procedures. Additional arrangements or fees may apply.
Adventure & Water Activities
Are adventure activities suitable for everyone?
Not necessarily. Activities such as ATV, rafting, snorkeling, diving, jet ski, and trekking may have specific age, weight, swimming, health, or physical requirements.

Are safety equipment and instructions provided?
For most organized adventure activities, safety equipment and a safety briefing are provided by the activity operator. Specific inclusions depend on the selected activity.
Can I get photos or videos during the activity?
Some activities offer photography or video services, sometimes at an additional cost. Please check the individual activity details.
