Welcome to Bali Local Tour. By booking a tour, activity, transportation service, or other service through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking
- A booking is confirmed after we receive your booking details and confirmation from our team.
- Please provide accurate information, including your name, travel date, number of guests, hotel location, and contact details.
- Availability is subject to the schedule of the tour, activity provider, and transportation.
2. Payment
- Payment requirements will be explained at the time of booking.
- Some tours or activities may require a deposit or full payment in advance.
- Prices may vary depending on the selected tour, number of guests, date, and additional services.
- Any additional costs not included in the tour package are the responsibility of the guest.
3. Cancellation & Refund
- Guests may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour without a cancellation fee, unless otherwise stated for a specific activity or booking.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour may be subject to cancellation charges.
- No refund may be provided for late cancellations, no-shows, or unused services.
- Certain activities, tickets, fast boats, water sports, or third-party services may have different cancellation policies. These conditions will be communicated when applicable.
- Refund processing time may depend on the payment method used.
4. Changes to Your Booking
- Requests to change the tour date, pickup location, number of guests, or itinerary should be made as early as possible.
- Changes are subject to availability.
- Additional charges may apply for changes that require additional transportation, entrance tickets, or services.
5. Itinerary
- Tour itineraries are provided as a guide and may be adjusted depending on traffic, weather, road conditions, attraction opening hours, local events, or other circumstances.
- We may adjust the order of attractions to make the journey more comfortable and practical.
- Optional activities are not included unless specifically stated in the booking.
6. Transportation
- Transportation provided depends on the selected tour package.
- Pickup and drop-off locations must be confirmed when booking.
- Guests are responsible for being ready at the agreed pickup time.
- Delays caused by traffic or unexpected road conditions may affect the itinerary.
7. Entrance Tickets & Additional Expenses
Unless specifically stated as included, guests are responsible for:
- Attraction entrance tickets
- Meals and drinks
- Personal expenses
- Optional activities
- Photography or video services
- Additional transportation outside the agreed itinerary
8. Weather & Safety
- Outdoor activities are subject to weather and local conditions.
- For safety reasons, an activity may be delayed, changed, or cancelled if conditions are considered unsafe.
- We will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative arrangement where possible.
- Guests must follow safety instructions provided by the driver, guide, instructor, activity operator, or local staff.
9. Health & Physical Requirements
- Guests are responsible for informing us about any relevant physical limitations, allergies, or special requirements before participating in an activity.
- Certain activities may have age, weight, swimming, fitness, or other requirements.
- Guests should follow the safety and participation requirements of the activity provider.
10. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.
Bali Local Tour is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items unless caused by our proven negligence.
11. Respect for Local Culture
Bali has a unique culture and religious traditions. Guests are expected to respect local customs, temples, religious ceremonies, local communities, and the environment.
Appropriate clothing may be required when visiting temples or religious sites.
12. Third-Party Activities
Some tours may include activities operated by independent third-party providers, such as water sports, rafting, ATV, fast boats, snorkeling, or other attractions.
These activities may have their own safety rules, requirements, schedules, and cancellation policies.
13. Photos & Videos
Some activities may offer photography or video services at an additional cost.
Unless specifically included in your booking, photography and video services are not part of the tour price.
14. No-Show
A booking may be considered a no-show if the guest does not arrive at the agreed pickup location or does not attend the activity at the scheduled time without prior notice.
No refund may be provided for no-show bookings.
15. Changes by Bali Local Tour
In exceptional circumstances, Bali Local Tour may need to change, reschedule, or cancel a tour due to weather, safety concerns, road closures, government regulations, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will inform guests as soon as possible and, where practical, offer an alternative arrangement.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking with Bali Local Tour, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
